For some reason, it seems that the simple consideration of being on time for appointments, completing tasks, or returning phone calls is one that is ignored all too often, and that companies seem to forget just who the customer really is!

To me, these two words go hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other. I know that my work needs to last for generations and I am proud of the standards I set to insure this.
Quality is not expensive. Rather, it is the lack of quality that in the long run costs the client more.
The art of enjoying one's work often is lost today. This is not the case for me. I truly love what I do.
